Each installation of NetRent will be customized with the look, images, and colors that you decide will best showcase your property. You can add as many images and detailed descriptions of your properties as you like. Potential renters can search for available rental dates and make reservations online, much like making an online reservation for a hotel. NetRent supports multiple properties, multiple units per property, and seperate availability and pricing schedules for each unit.

NetRent is a fully database-driven application. You can update property images, rental prices, special event pricing, and availability calanders at any time you choose. You can view, edit, confirm or cancel reservations at your convenience. NetRent also provides you with the ability to offer weekly rates per season, and alternate pricing for special events within a season (such as higher weekly rates for holidays, or local events) as well as the unique capability of weighting the pricing of the days within a week. NetRent's transaction manager allows you to track deposits and the remainder due on a reservation over multiple transactions. For those renters who you have made a special deal with, you can change rates on a reservation by reservation basis.
